Some Color and Scene View Preference options have cut off descriptions and left side padding is not uniform
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Navigate to Edit > Preferences... > Color/Scene View
3. Observe Color/Scene View preference options
4. Observe the padding on the left of the descriptions, this should be uniform with General Preferences
Actual result: Descriptions are cut off and not fully visible, padding is not at a correct distance
Expected result: Fully visible option descriptions, padding on the left of the descriptions should be Uniform with General Preferences
