[Shuriken] Particle flicker outside the Collider when Outside Trigger is set to Kill
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "Bug.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Select the "MOVE ME" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. Move the "MOVE ME" GameObject above the "Particle Killer" GameObject in the Scene view with the Move tool
Expected result: Particle is not flickering when Outside Trigger is set to Kill
Actual result: Particle is flickering when Outside Trigger is set to Kill
Reproducible with: 2018.4.34f1, 2019.4.24f1, 2020.3.2f1, 2021.1.2f1, 2021.2.0a12
