[Shape] Shape Transform gizmo turns black when a system's transform is scaled negatively
Repro steps:
1. Create a new particle system
2. Expand the shape module, and enable the scale gizmo
3. In the scene view, make sure the gizmo is visible
4. Scale the transform's X to a negative value
5. Observe the shape gizmo turns black
Expected outcome:
The shape gizmo to maintain its colors and shape
Note:
- happens in 19.1 and 19.2
- not a regression; the shape gizmos are a new addition in 19.1
