Selection of the sprite in the Sprite Editor Window changes size and offset when zooming with scroll wheel
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "Case_1134295_reproProject.zip"
2. Select "smb1_misc_sprites" in the Project Window
3. In the Inspector, click "Sprite Editor" Button
4. Select some area with Left Mouse Button
5. Without releasing Left Mouse Button, zoom in with the scroll wheel
Expected result: Selection does not change scale and offset compared to the sprite
Actual result: Selection change scale and offset compared to the sprite
Reproducible with - 2017.4.23f1, 2018.3.8f1, 2019.1.0b6, 2019.2.0a8
