[VCS] Selected file's VCS status is always shown as "Updating Status" after refreshing the VCS Window
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project in your preferred workspace
2. Open it and connect it to Perforce
3. Create a new script and submit it
4. While the script is still selected, Open the VCS Window and refresh it
5. Observe the file's status in the Project Window and the Inspector's top header
Expected result: the file's status is updated immediately
Actual result: the file's status is stuck on "Updating Status" until the Editor is unfocused or until a new VCS command is used on the affected file
Reproduced in: 2019.3.0a12, 2019.3.0a3
Not reproducible in: 2019.3.0a2, 2019.2.1f1, 2019.1.14f1, 2018.4.6f1, 2017.4.31f1
Note: Unfocussing and re-focussing the Editor fixes the issue
