Scrollbar jumps to top and Property path info view flickers when hovering over it after scrolling to the bottom of Data Source Path field

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Import provided Assets.unitypackage (should contain GameSettings.asset and NewScriptableObjectScript.cs script)
3. Open UI Builder window
4. Add Visual Element in Hierarchy window
5. In Inspector window > Bindings > Data Source Type add “GameSettings” Asset
6. Click on Data Source Path field
7. Scroll down to the bottom
8. Hover mouse on Property path info view

Actual results: Scrollbar jumps up when hovering on Property path info view after scrolling to the bottom, Property path info view flickers
Expected results: Scrolling down and hovering on info view panel should not move scrollbar and info view panel should not flicker

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.73f1, 6000.3.13f1, 6000.4.3f1, 6000.5.0b4, 6000.6.0a3

Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Tahoe 26.4 (M1)
