Screen Space Shadows Render Feature draws incorrect shadowing on opaques when Depth Priming Mode is set to Auto or Forced
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "urp-screen-space-shadows-bug.zip"
2. Open Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity
3. Move the Camera around in the Scene view
Expected results: The shadows are not flickering
Actual results: The shadows are flickering
Reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.9f1, 2023.1.13f1, 2023.2.0b9, 2023.3.0a5
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
