Scene View Camera gets tilted in Z axis when switching to 3D then to 2D while the animation of changing to 3D is not finished
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "Case_1159486_2d3d.zip"
2. Switch to the 2D view in Scene View
3. Switch to the 3D view and quickly (while the animation is not finished) switch back to the 2D view
4. Switch to the 3D view
Expected result: Z rotation of the 3D view is not changed
Actual result: the 3D view is rotated in the Z axis
Reproducible with - 2017.4.28f1, 2018.4.1f1, 2019.1.5f1, 2019.2.0b5, 2019.3.0a4
