Rotation gizmo extends beyond the gray circle and is warped when the selected GameObject is near a vertical edge of the Scene view
Steps to reproduce:
- Create and open a new 3D project
- Select any GameObject in the scene
- Move it to the edge of the Scene view
- Increase the FOV of the Scene view camera
- Switch to Rotate Tool
- Observe the rotation gizmo with respect to the gray circle
Actual results: The rotation gizmo extends beyond the gray circle, and the shape of different axes is not circular
Expected results: The rotation gizmo is within the gray circle, and the shape of the axes is circular
Reproducible with versions: 2023.1.0a10. 6000.0.73f1, 6000.3.13f1, 6000.4.3f1, 6000.5.0b4, 6000.6.0a3
Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2)
Notes:
- With higher FOV values of the Scene view camera, the warping is greater - looks like the gizmo axis handles are affected by the FOV
