[PreferenceItem] Scrollbar in PreferenceItems list makes it to use free skin instead of pro
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Make sure that Unity uses pro skin
3. Open Preferences menu (Edit/Preferences...)
4. Notice that panel which contains PreferenceItems has free skin instead of pro
