[DirectionalSpecular][PrecomputedRealtime] Objects are overexposed if Precomputed Realtime GI is used
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "766533.zip" using 5.4.0b4
2. Build lights
3. Notice that objects are overexposed - "b4.png" attached
4. Open attached project "766533.zip" using 5.4.0b3
5. Build lights
6. Notice that objects look normal - "b3.png" attached
