Poor UI Builder Viewport responsiveness when using the touchpad for zoom
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the Project window, right-click -> Create -> UI Toolkit -> UI Builder -> Open the created Asset
3. Use the two-finger gesture on the touchpad to zoom in/out and observe the results
Expected results: The zoom works without the delay and the zooming in/out stops as soon as you stop the gesture
Actual results: The zoom starts with the delay and the zooming in/out doesn't stop when the gesture ir stopped
Reproducible with: 6000.0.71f1, 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.2f1, 6000.5.0b2, 6000.6.0a2
Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1) with native MacBook touchpad
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: The issue is not reproducible in the Scene view and the Graph Toolkit-based windows
