Play mode tint does not get applied when in Play mode
How to reproduce:
1. Create or open any project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Observe the Editor
Actual result: Play mode tint is applied while entering Play mode, but is not applied while in Play mode
Expected result: Tint is applied while entering and while in Play mode
Reproducible with: 6000.0.71f1, 6000.3.11f1, 6000.5.0a9, 6000.6.0a1
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.75f1, 6000.3.15f1, 6000.4.7f1, 6000.5.0a7, 6000.5.0b7, 6000.6.0a4
Fixed in: 6000.0.72f1, 6000.3.12f1, 6000.5.0b1, 6000.6.0a2
Reproducible on: macOS 26.4 (M1 Pro), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
