[Particles] Particles flicker when they have a random start life time and sort mode set to Youngest or Oldest in front
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Open "scene" Scene
3. Enter Play Mode or preview the smoke particle effect in the Scene
4. Notice the particles flickering
Expected result: Particles should not flicker when they have a random start life time and sort mode set to Youngest or Oldest in front
Reproduced in: 2018.2.0a1, 2018.1.0b3, 2017.3.0p2 2017.1.3f1, 2017.2.1p2, 2017.1.2p1
Not reproduced in: 2017.1.1p4, 5.6.5p1
Regression since: 2017.1.1p4
