Particles are not adhering to the Mesh shape selected when being spawned by Sub Emitter Particles
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-52257_SubEmitterMeshShapeParticleBug.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. In Hierarchy, select the “Particle System Not Working” GameObject
4. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: Red particles are spawned in the shape of a Cylinder Mesh (at the vertices) in the place where a white one dies
Actual result: All red particles are spawned cramped in a single Position where a white particle dies
Reproducible with: 2022.2.9f1, 2022.3.8f1, 2023.1.11f1, 2023.2.0b7, 2023.3.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.2.8f1
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (22H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
