Part of the Scroll View content is missing when blur filter is applied

How to reproduce:

  1. Open the attached “IN-144568_ui_blur_bug” project
  2. Open the “NewUXMLTemplate” Visual Tree Asset in the UI Builder
  3. Observe the Viewport

Actual result: Right and bottom part of the Scroll View content is missing
Expected result: Scroll View content is fully visible

Reproducible with: 6000.3.0b8, 6000.3.17f1, 6000.4.10f1, 6000.5.0b11, 6000.6.0a6
Not reproducible with: 6000.3.0a1, 6000.3.0b7
Could not test with: 6000.0.76f1 (“filter” not supported)

Reproducible on: Windows 11, Zorin OS 18.1 (User)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
