[Mobile] Using "RGB(A) Compressed ASTC" Compressor Quality produces artifacts
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "1198678" project
2. Look at the Game view
3. Notice Graphical Artifacts
Expected Result: Using "RGB(A) Compressed ASTC" Compressor Quality doesn't produce artifacts
Actual Result: Using "RGBA Compressed ASTC" Compressor Quality doesn't produce artifacts

Did not reproduce on: 2018.4.13f1, 2017.4.35f1
