[macOS] Text caret position cannot be moved via arrow keys in the Build Project pop-up window
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Select File > Build and Run
3. Enter some text for the build title
4. Attempt to use the arrow keys to move the caret position
Expected result: the caret can be moved via the arrow keys
Actual result: the caret position does not move when using the arrow keys
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a17, 2020.2.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.4.11f1, 2020.1.6f1, 2020.2.0a16
Notes:
Clicking in between characters with the mouse works as expected
