[macOS] Crash in -[CocoaMainMenu validateMenuItem:] when using the Help menu search after building a player
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Build the empty SampleScene
3. Once the build is complete refocus the Editor
4. Select Help > Search and type something into the text field
Expected result: the Editor does not crash
Actual result: the Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b2, 2019.4.1f1, 2020.1.0a2, 2020.1.0b14, 2020.2.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.24f1, 2019.3.0b1, 2020.1.0a1
