[MacOS] 2D Tile placement lags when Editor is not focused
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the user's project
2. Open SampleScene
3. Open the Tile Palette window by clicking Window > 2D > Tile Palette
4. Make sure the Tile Palette window is undocked (not attached to the Editor)
5. Add new tiles to the Grid by clicking on a tile in the Tile Palette window
Expected result: No lag when placing new tiles to the grid
Actual result: Noticeable lag when placing new tiles to the grid
Reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.6f1, 2021.1.0b8, 2021.2.0a6
