[Mac 10.13]Pink screen is rendered by scene view on creating a new project using HDRP template
Pink screen is rendered by scene view on creating a new project using High Definition RP template. Lightweight RP template gets rendered after baking completely or after switching to some other platform
Steps to reproduce:
1)Create a new project using HDRP template.
Actual result: Scene gets rendered with pink and Game view gets rendered with black screen.
Notes:
1) Occurs always on Mac 10.13.
2) On Mac 10.12, sometimes it gets rendered with pink screen. About a frequency of 4/10. But after switching platform, it works fine.
3) Occurs rarely on windows. Frequency 1/10
Working fine on: 2018.1.0b12, 2018.1.0b11, 2018.1.0b10

This issue is because you need to update all your existing materials to HDRP it is under the Edit menu.
