[Linux] Mouse position is incorrect when playing build on a multiple monitor setup in full screen mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Set up monitor positions in Display Settings similar to the attached “monitor_setup“ screenshot
2. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
3. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” scene
4. Click File > Build And Run
5. Move the mouse around and observe hovered buttons
Expected result: All hovered buttons light up
Actual result: Hovered buttons on the left light up when hovered, but when hovering buttons on the right, the left buttons light up
Reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.18f1, 2022.2.6f1, 2023.1.0a20, 2023.1.0b3, 2023.2.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2023.1.0a1, 2023.1.0a19
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 20.04
Not reproducible on: MacOS 13.1, Windows 10 22H2
