Lights appear significantly brighter when using the Simple Lit shader
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “SimpleLitDiff.zip“ project
2. Open the “Repro” scene
3. Compare the Lit and Simple Lit lights in the Scene/Game view
Expected result: Both lights are relatively the same brightness
Actual result: Simple Lit light is significantly brighter
Reproduced with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a17), 12.1.7 (2021.3.6f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.8f1), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0a19), 15.0.0 (2023.1.0a2)
Not reproduced with: 10.9.0 (2020.3.36f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a16)
Reproduced on: Windows 10, macOS Monterey 12.0.1 (Intel)
