Light probes in direct sun light are not receiving bounced light
Steps to reproduce:
1) open project 'PrbDebug'
2) open scene 'test'
3) notice the light probes
(images attached)
Expected: They are lit from behind (bouncing light)
Actual: back is dark
Reproducible: 5.3.1p4, 5.3.2p2, 5.4.0b5
Not reproducible: 5.2.4f1, 5.3.0f4, 5.3.1f1
