[iOS][Metal] Snow has graphical artifacts in the build when using Lightweight Render Pipeline/Simple Lit shader
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build for iOS and deploy the Xcode project to the iOS device
Actual: Snow has graphical artifacts
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0b7, 2019.2.0a8
Note: Not reproducible with OpenGLES3
