IndexOutOfRangeException is thrown when selecting the GameObject with the HDRP Decal Projector
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “Interstellar Messenger - Copy”
2. Open the “Scene_2” scene
3. Select the “Decal Projector” GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Observe the Console
Expected results: There are no IndexOutOfRangeException errors
Actual result: There are two IndexOutOfRangeException errors
Reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.3.4f1, 2023.1.3f1, 2023.2.0a23
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
