"implicit truncation of vector type" shader warning when Rendering Path is set to Forward+
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “BugReportShaderGraphWarning.zip“ project
2. Select the “Lit (Scroll)“ shader (Assets/Shaders)
Expected result: No warning in the Inspector
Actual result: “implicit truncation of vector type at“ shader warning in the Inspector
Reproducible with: 2022.2.21f1, 2022.3.6f1, 2023.1.7f1, 2023.2.0b3, 2023.3.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.2.20f1
Reproducible on: macOS 13.4.1 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
