"IActiveBuildTargetChanged" tries to create abstract class instead of derived one
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project attached (Unity2017_IActiveBuildTargetChanged.zip).
2. Open Build Settings
3. Switch active build-target (for example to WebGL).
Expected result: Message "Say Hello" will appear in console.
Actual result: Error appears "MissingMethodException: Cannot create an abstract class 'MyAbstractClass'"
Reproduced on 2017.1.0b1.
