GUILayout.Label changes colour when hovered over with mouse
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open scene Bug
3. Press the Play button
4. Go to the Game view
5. Hover the mouse cursor over the text label in the top left corner
Expected result: the label doesn't change color on mouse hover
Actual result: the label changes color on mouse hover
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a13, 2021.2.0b11, 2022.1.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.20f1, 2021.2.0a12
