Freeze/Crash with various stack traces when importing a specific PSD file into the project
How to reproduce:
1. Download the user-submitted psd file(bASIC SPRITE.PSD)
2. Create a new Unity project
3. Import the psd file
Expected result: the Editor does not crash
Actual result: the Editor freezes/crashes
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a12, 2019.4.7f1, 2020.1.1f1, 2020.2.0a20
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.3.0a11
