[Enlighten] Various Scene View modes not displaying lightmap data in HDRP

Repro:
1. Download and import the repro project (link in the first comment)
2. Open the Scene SampleScene.unity
3. Ensure that the LightingSettings5RealtimeGI LSA is assigned
4. Generate lighting
5. Switch to any Realtime Global Illumination Scene View mode
6. Navigate around the Scene
Notes:
- All Realtime Global Illumination modes are affected: Albedo, Emissive, Indirect, and Directionality
- Baked GI view modes are not affected
