[Editor] Profiler icons in the editor have jagged edges on 4K+ displays
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project with 4k or larger resolution monitor
2. Navigate to Window -> Analysis -> Profiler
3. Observe icons near CPU Usage, Rendering, Memory ...
Expected result: the icons do not have jagged edges
Actual result: the icons have jagged edges
Reproducible with: 2017.4.24f1, 2018.3.11f1, 2019.1.0b9, 2019.2.0a10
