Editor crashes at DynamicHeapAllocator::Allocate when building project if Always Include Shader contains HDRP/Lit.shader
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download 1187834_repro.zip
2. Make sure that HDRP/Lit shader is Included in 'Always Include Ahader' list
2. Build project
Actual results: The editor starts leaking memory and eventually crashes.
