[DX9][Regression since 5.2] Texture.Apply on YUY2 texture crashes when using DX9
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "Basic"
3. Run the scene
Unity crashes
Doesn't happen with DX11
Reproduced with 5.2.4f1, 5.3.4p2, 5.4.0b13
Not reproducible: 5.1.4f1
