Drag-selecting on Tilemap GameObject outside of Scene view causes the selection mode get stuck on mouse
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new 2D project
- Create a new 2D Tilemap in the Hierarchy
- Open the Tile Palette window
- Enable the "Select" tool in the Tile Palette window
- Click and drag any cell on the Scene view outside of the Scene view
- Release the mouse
- Drag the mouse over the Scene view again
- Observe the Scene view
Actual results: Selection is stuck on the mouse until the grid is clicked on
Expected results: The Tilemap is not in selection mode anymore
Reproducible with versions: 2023.2.0a1, 6000.5.0b4, 6000.6.0a2
Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2)
