Deep Profile option affects performance even when profiler isn't recording
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "PrefabVSScriptableObject/TestGetComponent"
3. Open profiler and disable Record and Depp Profile
4. Run scene for a few times and take a note of reported values
5. In profiler, enable Deep Profile while keeping Record option disabled
6. Run scene for a few times and notice that reported Total time value is around 50$ greater
Reproduced with: 5.2.4f1, 5.3.6f1, 5.4.0f2, 5.5.0a4
