Clip start in Timeline is missed when using Animation window scrubber linked to Timeline
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "IN-140333_TimelineTest.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene"
3. In the Project tab, double-click on the "GameObjectTimeline" asset to open it in the Timeline window
4. In the opened Timeline window, double-click on the part of "Animation Track" that is in the timeline to open it in the Animation window
5. Dock or move the Animation window so that Hierarchy is visible
6. In the Hierarchy, unfold the "GameObject" so that its child object is visible
7. In the Animation window, move the scrubber to frame 197
8. Observe the Hierarchy
Actual result: The "GameObject's" child object is disabled at frame 197
Expected result: The "GameObject's" child object is enabled at frame 197
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.74f1, 6000.3.15f1, 6000.4.6f1, 6000.5.0a6
Not reproducible with: 6000.5.0b7, 6000.6.0a4
Fixed in: 6000.5.0a7
