Changes are not saved while editing a prefab in isolation when Auto Save is toggled on and editing scripts values
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-141878” project
2. Open the “GameObject” prefab in isolation prefab editing
3. Make sure “Auto Save” is toggled on
4. Edit any values of the attached script component
5. Observe the Hierarchy
Actual result: The changes are not saved while editing fields
Expected result: The changes are saved right after entering them
Reproducible with: 6000.0.74f1, 6000.3.15f1, 6000.4.6f1, 6000.5.0a5, 6000.5.0b7, 6000.6.0a4
Not reproducible with: 6000.5.0a4
Reproducible on: macOS 26.4 (M1 Pro), Windows 10 (user reported)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: The changes are saved when clicking anywhere in the Editor
