Canvas is overlaid by Video Clip when Canvas Render Mode is set to Screen Space
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached '1171286-Canvas-overlay-issue.zip' project
2. Open SampleScene
3. Enter Game Mode
4. Observe Canvas is overlaid by the Video Clip when Canvas Render Mode is set to Screen Space
Expected result: Canvas is not overlaid by the Video Clip
Actual result: Canvas is overlaid by the Video Clip
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a10, 2019.1.13f1, 2019.2.0b10, 2019.3.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.4.5f1, 2019.1.0a9
