[Bolt] [Linux] Visual Scripting graph fuzzy search window remains above all other windows until closed

Using the Fuzzy search window on any graph while on Ubuntu 18.04, the window remains on top of any other windows regardless of focus. The mouse is still able to move over the search window and hovering over an option will highlight it. Clicking on an element in the window appears to work, and brings Unity if focus.

Repro Steps:
1. On Ubuntu 18.04, install any 2020.1 build and use Bolt 1.4.13
2. Create a graph on any object
3. In the Graph window, right click to open the Fuzzy Search window
4. Move focus to another window
5. Attempt to move window in front of the Fuzzy Search window

Expected Results:
Window with focus is on top of all Unity windows
Observed Results:
Fuzzy Search window remains on top of all windows, regardless of focus

When the fuzzy search window is first enabled, and when any option on it is selected or highlighted, many repeating error messages fill the Unity console:
