[HDRP] Baked Lighting scene view mode no longer works

1) Open HDRP template project
2) Enable the Baked Lightmap view
Expected: We can see the baked lightmap data
Actual result: View does not display baked lightmap data anymore
Note: Rebaking did not help
Regression:
In unity 2021.2.0a15 the view was working fine
The feature stopped working when the project was opened with:

Notes:
- The issue only affects Scene view lightmap visualization filters; Baked lightmaps work as expected.
