Baked Light has the wrong color temperature when it has the certain World Rotation values or PhysicallyBasedSky is selected
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “Incorrect Color Temperature“
2. Open the “scene_test_bake” Scene
3. In the “Lighting” tab click “Generate Lighting”
4. Observe the generated Light
Expected result: All Lights has the same color temperature
Actual result: Some of the Lights has the wrong color temperature
Reproducible with: 2021.3.27f1, 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.0f1, 2022.3.8f1, 2023.1.0b18, 2023.1.9f1, 2023.2.0a16, 2023.2.0b5
