Asset Store window does not get updated when the Editor is in Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Open the Asset Store window
4. Type something into the search bar
Expected result: the Asset Store window is responsive and updates in realtime
Actual result: the Asset Store window is frozen and only updates after Play Mode is exited
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a10, 2019.1.0f2, 2019.2.0a13
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.26f1, 2018.3.14f1, 2019.1.0a9
