Applying Prefab changes creates duplicate of prefab in hierarchy
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project (there is a small repro)
2. Open test scene
3. Select button
4. Make some changes to button object
5. Apply changes
6. Notice that duplicate of button object appears in hierarchy
