[Android] Screen can be rotated when native screen rotation on device is turned off

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Change platform to Android
3. Make sure 'Auto Rotation' setting is turned on in Player Settings under Resolution and Presentation section (should be default setting on new projects)
4. Build and Run on Android device
5. Disable native screen rotation on the device if it's not disabled already
6. Rotate the screen to a different orientation

Expected result: The screen does not rotate
Actual result: The screen rotates
