And now Built-in seems to have the opposite problem: IMGUI is overly bright on Android. Fixing regressions by adding regressions...

I would like to add that this issue is still present in Unity 2019.4.5f1 - but if you read the docs at https://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/AndroidBlitType.html, this is actually expected behaviour.

I tried Masak's suggestion and it fixed it for me.

Did you try to set BlitType to Auto or Always.
This solves a problem in 2019.3.9f1

Of cause, this is also kind of bug...

    I tested it with 2019.3.8f1, but not be fixed. ( nexus5x )
Does it need newer URP or 2019.3.9??

    Hello,

I've tested it with 2020.1.0b1.3256 and the bug seems to not be fixed.
Have you fixed it on this unity version or a later one?
The phone where the bug still happens is: Moto G4
    Thanks
