[Android] Consecutive builds take an extensive amount of time preparing splash screen when not changing anything in build
Reproduction steps:
- Build and Run the attached project multiple times
- Observe the build times
Expected result: The Project builds faster, starting from the second build
Actual result: The Project builds just as slow upon multiple builds
Reproducible on: 2022.2.0a10, 2022.2.0b12, 2023.1.0a17
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.12f1, 2022.1.20f1
Couldn’t test with: 2022.2.0a1, 2022.2.0a9 (Gradle Build fail error)
Reproducible with: MacOS 12.4 (Intel)
