[2021.3] “Cleanup Blit" is logged when entering Play Mode in a newly created project if using a “3D (URP)” or “3D (HDRP)” template
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project using a “3D (URP)” or “3D (HDRP)” template
2. Enter Play Mode and observe the Console window
Expected result: No messages
Actual result: “Cleanup Blit" is logged
Reproducible with: 12.1.11 (2021.3.25f1, 2021.3.26f1)
Not reproducible with: 10.10.1 (2020.3.48f1), 12.1.11 (2021.3.24f1), 14.0.7 (2022.2.21f1, 2022.3.0f1), 15.0.5 (2023.1.0b19), 16.0.1 (2023.2.0a17)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.2.1 (Intel)
Note: Not reproducible with a “3D Core” template

Also getting this in 2021.3.28f1 with 12.1.12 version of the URP package.
It's annoying. Please fix! -

Resolution Note:
Issue has already been fixed on July 17 2023. On July 31st, a user on Unity forum mentioned a fix apparent in 2021.3.29f1 LTS. No debug logging in Blitter.cs should be visible in latest 2021.3. Closing the ticket.
