-e: see title, after leaving fullscreen content windows is just a grey area
-repro:
--get standard assets package from Asset Store
--build for webplayer
--run on 8.1 with IE11
--ALT+rightclick > go fullscreen
--press ESC
--NOTICE the content doesn't recover
