[UI] Input Field in World Space canvas causes ArgumentOutOfRangeException when typing
Steps to reproduce this issue:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open 'Canvas' test scene
3. It has 4 input fields with different canvas setups
4. The bottom one 'WorldSpace-MultilinePrefab' uses World Space canvas and Canvas Scaler's Dynamic Pixel per Unit set to 7 ( has to be more than 1 )
5. Play the scene
6. Type something
7. ArgumentOutOfRangeException is thrown

Also reproduces on fresh created scene
Regression since 4.6.1f1
Note: Sometimes changing the values of the InputField will cause the bug to not appear, but going in and out of Unity allows the bug to re-appear
